"Have been a regular client here. The staff here are exceptional and wonderful but I'm leaving a 1 star review because of the owner of the business. Summary - dogs have always enjoyed their stay - staff are friendly and remember the names of my dogs by heart - owner is inflexible and unprofessional - was told over the phone by the owner that pet records are not kept - was told over the phone by the owner that only paper forms are used and that they are not kept - was told that they do not do digital forms and pet taxi/drop off services are not allowed even when I've spent thousands of dollars with them over the last two years As a client, after this conversation this morning, they're not having any of my business. I feel sad for the staff there, but the owner really has to pull up his socks. Just because you have a big kennel doesn't mean you can have customer service that is below par. Shame on you. Unless you're desperate and have to put your pets here, your money is better spent elsewhere. **Cannot respond to the owner so I'm adding additional comments in this review. Forms can be filled online with photographic proof attached to confirm vaccination statuses. Saying that you only do hard-copies just affirms the lack of flexibility when I had suggested that all that could be emailed to you. Once again... spend your money elsewhere."
