"Store was layed out great and presented well. HOWEVER, was served by a lady with green tips in her hair and she was extremely rude. I asked politely for a simple request which was for three aquatic plants. Throughout the whole interaction she kept cutting me off, being extremely sarcastic and rude. She made my wife and I feel extremely uncomfortable and belittled making us want to leave the store. When challenged at the counter in regards to how she spoke to me she was extremely sarcastic back. I’m very disappointed that this is what petbarns employees deem an appropriate way to talk to customers. Hopefully my dealing in the future will be more positive."
