"There seems to be a common theme with this company: the service is adequate but they overcharge by using dimensions greater than as-measured. This happened to me. The overcharged amount ($60) is not worth the cost of lodging a claim with the Magistrate Court ($55), so all I can do is warn people not to use this company. Despite supplying extensive measurements and photographic proof they were wrong, they refuse to refund me. I even offered to take the package to their local depot to get it remeasured, but they declined. They are convinced their infra-red sensor is more reliable than a tape measure. I think they are scared of the consequences of admitting their measuring procedure is not always right. Postscript: The company's response below supports my view that they are in denial. They claim their measurments are correct and that I had not factored in the carrying straps. The measurements I took INCLUDE the carrying straps. They are smaller than the measurements taken by their machine. They are refusing to accept that their system can make mistakes. If you do consider using this company, allow for an extra 50% on top of the quoted price. At least then you will be comparing apples with apples."
"VERY DISAPPOINTING! my company has used them form many years and the quality has dropped dramatically. got a quote to send a box to QLD from WA. once the parcel arrived i was then charged an extra $200+ dollars stating the measuremetns and weight differed from what was provided. When i sent evidence (pics) that they were wrong & that i provided the correct measurements i was basically told nothing can be done. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED with their service especially since ive spend thousands with them over he passed few months."
"Find a different company!! They charged me an extra $332 on top of the original $140 they quoted me (booking weight 26kg, but they said its 37kg which made it over 3 times the cost?!). I had to chase them up numerous times before being told they had lost my $700 item all together. Poor quality service, pay a bit more and go with a more reputable company."

". ***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** Dishonest and thieves. I paid $86.12 to have a 2kg parcel moved from Victoria to Perth. Got delivered on time no hassles. Then at the end of the month they withdraw an additional $182.16 claiming it was for wait time and time loading the item at the pickup. I contacted the pickup and they told me no issue with pickup was straightforward and no wait time or time loading the 2kg item. I contacted Transdirect on 1st May asking them to provide the evidence of the additional claim, 2 weeks later I am still waiting for any evidence for the additional $182.16 in charges. Thanks Maxine and Transdirect. What a rip-off. Never use them again and will be lodging a complaint with Consumer Affairs. 1 star review is too high, needs to be a zero stars for rip off companies like this"
