Situated just a short drive from the Perth CBD, Seashells Scarborough offers a perfect getaway for those seeking awesome sunsets, white sand beaches, and a laid-back atmosphere. It's no wonder our stretch of beach is known as the Sunset Coast, as our guests are treated to complimentary sunsets over the Indian Ocean every night.

Scarborough Beach has long been a favorite spot for Perth locals to cool off and relax. Only 15 minutes away from the city center, we provide a great alternative to the hustle and bustle of the urban environment. Plus, attractions like Fremantle and Hillarys Boat Harbour are within easy reach.

At Seashells Scarborough, guests can indulge in various beachside activities such as beach walks, surfing, pool and ocean swimming, kitesurfing, cycling, and beachside dining. Our establishment offers a home away from home experience with a spectacular view.

The Scarborough beachfront features Sunset Hill, a picturesque spot for picnics with breathtaking views of the ocean. Families will love The Whale children's playground, and there are additional attractions like an all-ages climbing wall, half-court basketball, and the popular Snake Pit skate park bowl.

Along The Esplanade, Scarborough's new retail and dining precinct, you'll find hip cafes and casual dining options like the Peach Pit, El Grotto, and The Galway Hooker Irish pub. During the summer, the amphitheater on Scarborough Beach comes alive with live entertainment, creating a festive vibe.

Getting to Seashells Scarborough is a breeze, with easy access to our entry and car park. Traffic is back to two-way on The Esplanade, ensuring a smooth arrival. And with Scarborough Beach just steps away, guests can truly enjoy the maximum beachside experience.

We offer five different spacious apartment styles across three properties, catering to singles, families, couples, and corporate travelers. Our stunning pools, recently refurbished, perfectly complement our beachside location, providing a more low-key experience when desired. Guests can choose between two outdoor swimming pools, complete with sun lounges, outdoor entertaining areas, and gas barbecues.

Perth enjoys a Mediterranean climate, making it Australia's sunniest capital city. Mild to cool winters (June-Aug) and long, hot summers (Dec-Feb) that often extend into Autumn characterize the weather here. Summer daytime temperatures average from 27°C to 30°C, cooling down to 15°C at night. Winter daytime temperatures range from 18-21°C, dropping to 12°C at night.

Please note that guests staying from 25 July may experience some noise and tradespeople coming and going between 9 am and 5 pm due to a kitchen refit being undertaken on one of our apartments. This work is likely limited to 25 and 26 July, but there may be occasional tradespeople onsite until the end of August. All work will be carried out during the day, and we appreciate your understanding.
