With our team of dedicated professionals operating throughout the Perth Metropolitan area, we are committed to delivering the help you need when you need it, ultimately helping you achieve a happier and healthier life.
We believe in the significance of self-care, which involves consciously making time for activities that promote mental and physical well-being. It doesn't have to be time-consuming, but rather requires regular and ongoing consideration. From maintaining a balanced diet and staying hydrated to getting sufficient sleep, engaging in regular exercise, and avoiding substances such as alcohol and drugs, taking care of your mind and body is crucial.
Additionally, we offer a workshop called "Change your Mind, Change your Life." This three-hour program focuses on teaching positive mindset and coping skills, empowering you to make meaningful changes in your life.
We understand that individual therapy sessions with a Psychologist may not be feasible for everyone due to time constraints and cost. That's why at Direction Psychology, we prioritize continued care and support, even during these challenging times. Rest assured that we adhere to recommended COVID-safe measures to ensure the safety of our staff and clients. For more information, please refer to our COVID-safe plan.

"The Reception are very helpful and extremely kind and understanding. Nikolas & Renn have been helping me greatly with my memory loss, and are very considerate with treatment on a budget. Couldn't recommend Direction Psychology any higher, as they have legitimately helped save my life, and helped my wife and family out with my treatment immeasurably. Edit: I saw some people were saying Nikolas "wasn't helpful and they felt unsafe with him"; I legitimately do not understand if these people are talking about the same Nikolas Milosevic I've been seeing for years now. He's the most down to Earth, welcoming, knowledgable psychologist I've ever had, and not once has he put profit before my treatment."
"The staff are always kind and professional and I enjoy my appointments here. My psychologist Bronwyn is excellent - so caring and kind and has a lot of experience. Thank you ☺️"
"They wanted to charge me for an appointment I was unable to go to, which was completely not in my control. I was in a locked ward in hospital and had my phone taken off me and was given no opportunity to leave for the appointment or to cancel the appointment. I don't see how that is fair when I explained my circumstance. The psychologist said that another person could have gone, and I think she was trying to guilt trip me. I don't know why she was so up tight when I had no way to communicate with directions psychology that I couldn't go."
"I was referred urgently to this practise for extreme depression and moderate suicidal thoughts. It took a lot out of me to ask for help. The First impression I got was that my GPs notes had not been read. This practice also requires that you supply your VISA card details on paper and to authorise charges to it. I saw Psychologist Nikolas Milosevic; He made me feel extremely uncomfortable, feigned interest, and eventually unsafe. He called me Jonothan and quickly became fixated in the idea that my current extreme depression and moderate suicidal thoughts were due to me not being in a sports team. He kept asking leading questions to force me to agree with him, which I do not agree with. When I refused to agree with him Nikolas became hostile and kept demanding how I felt. I felt very unsafe with this man and said I do not think we are a good match and asked to leave. He flung the door open and I went to the receptionist to pay. I asked if there was someone else I could please speak to and she said no."
"I have had difficult early life experiences which I have sought counselling for at different times in my life. Due to the amount of personal growth that I have undertaken it has been difficult for me in recent years to find a Psychologist whom can provide the depth and expertise that I need. Salvatore has given that plus offered a safe and fun environment where I can be challenged in a way that respects me to keep growing. Thank you Salvatore and the practice staff whom are always friendly, professional and considerate."
