Welcome to the Hale Institute of Innovation & Research, located in the beautiful suburb of Wembley Downs, on Hale Road. Our institution is dedicated to preparing children for the future in our rapidly evolving world. Established in 2017, the Hale Institute offers our students and staff the opportunity to experience and develop the latest innovations in learning, while also learning from research findings to enhance educational excellence.

At the Hale Institute, we believe in the power of partnerships. We have collaborated with esteemed institutions such as Microsoft, Curtin University, International Boys' Schools Coalition, ACEL Innovation in Education Network, and various universities including the University of Notre Dame Australia and the University of Western Australia. These partnerships strategically inform, direct, and improve the learning experience for our students and the wider educational community.

Our extensive and varied remit includes a range of projects designed to enhance student skills and employability. The Hale58 Academy offers students the chance to undertake micro-credentials, short courses, or experiences that are recognized and improve their skill set for the future. Additionally, our Action Research program promotes teaching excellence through research projects aligned with the School's Strategic Plan. These projects culminate in the presentation of findings in literature or at national and international conferences.
