"My son first attended Pearsall at 11 months old, in 2018. He is now 5 years old and still attending before and after school care. I have recently worked for a NFP organisation that has a number of daycare centres and I witnessed a massive number of turnover. Yet in five years, the same educators remain at Pearsall. When my son started kindergarten last year, the team was more than happy to accommodate the alternate week arrangement even though many daycares don’t. I love that we have been able to continue with before and after school care in kindy and pre primary. When school can be scary and a very different environment, my child has been able to have the continuity of care with educators he knows and is comfortable with. He loves going on the school bus and comes home everyday with fun stories. We have had a lot of hardships in the last few years but all of the educators have been incredible - checking in with us all, accommodating us, showing so much concern and empathy. The relationships are a testament to management having very minimal turnover. If we get blessed with another child, they will also be attending here and I would recommend Pearsall to any parents looking to enrol their children in daycare in the area"

"Both our kids now aged 4 and 3 have been to Pearsall Daycare since they were 6 months old and we wouldn’t trust anyone else. The educators are great and the centre is awesome. Lauren in the toddler room is especially good with our son when he is super shy. Ange in the Kindy room is fantastic with our daughter and she always give us updates at the end of each day, which help us to understand where they are at and what we need to encourage more at home. Would not send our kids anywhere else!"
