"They told us to get here 15mins early, we had to fill out a form that took 1min and then they ran late and we had to sit and wait. We had a 15 month old child which didn’t make it easy."

"My MRI result took too long to be sent to my GP. I did advised the radiographer how urgent I want the result and I was told I should get it within 24 to 36 hrs. I went to my GP thinking he has received my result. Lo and behold, the result haven't been received . The next day, I called I- MED INNALOO, i was on the phone waiting for 24min and I hanged up and called them again. Took 30min this time and I was told they are very busy and my call will be returned. I left my phone number and I never heard from them. Now, I am flying out to Darwin without knowing my result. I will definitely not use their service ever again. I should have listen to my GP advise"
