"Just been in for an appointment today. Great communication when making and confirming the appointment. Ample parking and very easy to find with large signage. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and was friendly and Helpful. I filled out the forms while I waited in the comfortable waiting room and before long was taken in. The clinician explained the procedure thoroughly before starting and was very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend I-MED Balcatta. Thank you"

"I have 20days old baby. I had an appointment today with I-Med for my USG @11. I couldnt reach untill 11:10 as i couldnt find the place and i was new to that place. The receptionist was very rude . She asked me to sit and wait. At 11:30, she told me as I was 10mins late , I couldn't be attended today and I have to reschedule my appointment. I requested her that I have 20days old baby and rescheduling will be difficult . I was happy to wait but she didn't listen and kept on saying about rescheduling. The staff should know what a mother of 20days old going through. Very very bad experience.Can never suggest to anyone. Staff needs to be trained to behave. Zero star! Just gave one as it wouldn't allow me to post without giving a star!"
