"We used Pop Magic for our Easter Community Event that Urban Quarter held. Vince was extremely easy to deal with, his prompt response and constant communication made the experience very pleasant. On the day, Vince made sure he checked in and scouted the venue to ensure a suitable and timely entrance. Vince interacted with all the kids, adults and dogs at the event making sure no one missed out, he has a great energy and inner child and was awesome to see him in his element. Vince was sure to check in during his schedule time to ensure we were happy with everything and also took lots of photos for us to share. Once the Easter Bunny 'left' the event, Vince came back to again check in and enjoy the event with us which i thought was great and showed he was really invested in making sure the event was a success for all.
