"Went to buy some e-liquid and made is clear that I can’t have Menthol in it. Confirmed with the guy that the one I have chosen has no menthol, only to discover that it has. Went back to get a refund or swap it and was told buy the girl that even the bottle is in original package and sealed bottle they won’t refund or swap. I asked for the manager and she went to speak to another guy and as she came back to me she addressed me with “ hey” rolling her eyes and blowing me off. I made clear that I will leave this feedback as well as want to report it to the manager to which I got given an email address. Was the last time I spend a penny in any cloud9 shop or even put a foot in it. Worst experience in 8 years of vaping and 40 years of shopping."
