"Just called in and Tianne (hopefully that is how you spell your name) was amazing. My headlights were having issues and she gave me direct advice, changed my headlights and checked all my other lights. Worked out my park lights were blown as well. Prices were on par with the big superstores however service was second to none and didn't have to pay for fitting. I am not a car person at all and was happily educated without being made to feel stupid. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back for anything car related."

"Adam refused to refund me after I return the faulty product to their store, he said he study law and they can't refund me but required me to drive 23 minutes to other store to get a new one! Absolutely poor customer service and lack of knowledge about customers right. Wasting my time and embarrassed me at their store."
"We visited Auto one this morning and there was a 25% store wide sale so we decided to go check it out. We had gone there to purchase the Rhino rack. We were served by Lauren and her colleague, Nick. Lauren was amazing and recommended some good products to buy and was very honest with what we should get and what we do not need. Till the end she took care of us even helping us to secure the rack to our roof. Nick joined at the end and gave us a crash course on how to use the ratchet straps properly. Loved their customer service!! Will highly recommend ! And will be back again."
