"I urgently needed a low beam H7 headlight bulb replacement for a blown bulb because I needed to drive tonight. Having found the replacement bulb, I asked to have it fitted, as it was advertised that it could be fitted. The representative who unlocked the H7 bulbs said that the bulb could be fitted in ten minutes. I presented the H7 bulbs at the counter, indicating that the bulb was to be fitted. The young man, whom we may call ‘Jack’, said no, and proceeded to speak of the PA system that bulbs were not being fitted today, despite the fact that there were only a few members of the public merely browsing in the store. I was left to pay the $95.99 for the H7 bulbs. I am not a young man. I don’t have the strength in my fingers to remove and replace the H7 bulb, though I tried. So, thank you ‘Jack’ from Balcatta Supercheap Auto! You were a great help! Now I cannot legally drive this evening and I will lose several hundreds of dollars this evening as an Uber driver. Customer loyalty means very little..."

"Really unhappy with the service i recieved. I purchase a set of LED globes from a different store & tried returning them here, when the server opened up the box he asked me where the adapters were however none came with the box. I told him this to which he didn't believe me and theres nothing he could do, and told me i would need to go to the original store i purchased them from to try and work it out with them (all the way in Clarskon) I got there and explained my situation and the server at Clarkson knew straight away that the prodcut doesnt include adapters and opened up another of the same product and as it turns out no adapters included with the product. Making my drive all the way to Clarkson a waste of time when it could have been sorted at the balcatta store."

"For all your auto requirements. Some camping gear sold here as well. Recently purchased jockey wheel for my trailer and mounting brackets. Didn't need the brackets as we drilled and attached it directly onto the trailer shaft and returned the bracket the next day for a full refund, no hassles."
