"Found a product on special which was full price when it scanned at the self service checkout. When I mentioned it to the staff member in the area, he asked me to go & get (remove) the special tag from where the product was (a little unusual). When I brought it to him, he informed me that it was last week's special, so he would charge me the special price for one of the three items, but I would pay full price for the other two! When I responded that I would be paying the special price for all three, it was like I took the money from his own pocket! Did all his rekeying to reprice them to the special price, not another word spoken. A very ordinary customer experience..."

"This Coles looking super good and pretty after its recent makeover! They've changed the layout of the aisles so alot of stuff aren't where they used to be which is annoying but can always ask their super helpful staff to find whatever you need. The deli has been replaced by fridges, which also have those to-go/ready to eat meals... gotta try them one day when I run out of food options in the area."
