"Purchased a knife set as a once off manager special clearance for Reno. No other store would have this special further 30% off marked special price. Walk past today, 2 days later to find they have made it a further 40% off marked price. Spoke to the store staff they said I had to call customer services to find out what they could do. Customer services referred to go back to the store as they may give me a store credit. Spoke to the store they said it was the luck of the draw and unprepared to do anything for me. But we’re quick in making me believe that that was a once off deal. Be aware if they say it’s a once off deal."

"Bought item through click & collect. Apparently they don’t give you written notifications through email or text when your item is ready to collect. Got a call after a few weeks saying the item is been waiting to be collected for awhile, and asked to provide the exact date to pickup. Not the best customer service."
