"I can understand that there are staff shortages currently. But there’s absolutely no excuses for the terrible customer service that I received today at the store. I came back today to exchange some products. After selecting my products, I was served by one of the staff members there. He helped do the exchange and charged me the difference. After I had paid the difference I questioned why it was so much as I wasn’t getting that many extra items. To which the staff member replied back go home check it and then go back. My response was so you want me to go home to check it? Why can’t I just check it here. He finally handed the receipt over to me in which I noticed that I was over charged for an item. I then told him that should only be x amount to which he misheard and thought I mentioned the exact amount I was overcharged. He quickly got the change from the till before even checking, even though I had paid on my debit card and he wanted to give me cash back. This lead me to question if I was over charged for my other products. It just seemed like he wanted to get me out of the store as quick as possible rather than offer his help to find out where I was over charged and then exact amount. I had to excuse myself to go and check the prices myself with him persistent to just give me the change from the till. To which I found I was over charged for multiple items not just 1. There was no apology or sympathy from the staff member. He blamed the computer as prices change all the time and it’s not his fault the prices on the stickers in the store weren’t updated."
