"Well people, I'm not going to lie. I'm actually quite impressed by this shop. I was originally only going there to perhaps buy a pair of casual dress shoes. I ended walking out with them, but also a set of work boots and a set of trainers as well. I was fortunate enough to be served by Crystal, who I felt was genuine towards getting to know her customers product needs as well as showing interest in getting to know her customers on a human level. Which was fresh, because at times in the past, I've felt like I might as well of been served by a vending machine. I've left doing this review for a couple of weeks now, to see how the products have fared over a small amount of time. Honestly I'm happy with all my purchases, but I do want to give an honorable shout out to the Colorado side zip, composite toe work boots I got. Now, Williams was the last place I had in mind when it came to getting work boots, but I was shocked and impressed. I've been a tradesman working FIFO now for over a decade and these boots have been the best so far in terms of breaking in without even a hint of a blister. My feet don't even hurt at all. I'll never go the cheap option with work boots because I know exactly what will happen to my feet. But even with the expensive pairs of boots I've had over the years *cough* Oliver AT's *cough*, the breaking in period will normally leave your feet sore and there might be a blister or 2, you'll have to contend with. Not with these, I'm converted. Happy shopping people."

Felt pushed out by the guy vacuuming, he chose to vacuum the area I was trying a few pairs on with boxes and my bag on the floor, in the way of the mirror I was currently using…..completely oblivious there was an entire empty store he could have started with. Or better yet, wait until the store is closed so it’s not so rude and an accident waiting to happen. Would take less than five minutes for the whole store. Feels like you’re disinterested with customers needing assistance. May as well have pulled the doors across and turned the lights off, three hours before closing time by the way!"

"Difficult to get any service. Staff couldn't walk away quick enough back behind the desk to chat. Went to buy 2 pairs of shoes, buy one and get the second one half price, and then was given the worn shoe from the display. I was told the carpet was very dirty and this was why the shoes were so black. There was an offer to clean them. I was also told that shoes I bought online would be the same as they also come from nearby stores. I went home and purchased 3 pairs online. Im hoping they will look new."
