"After a really bad experience where the Dealership messed up the diagnosis and repair of my Nissan, leaving it undriveable, and having paid a hefty bill to them for repairs that did nothing, I was having to wait, carless, for a further 3 months for a very expensive part to come in. I rang the RAC and one of their mechanics recommended I try EFI Automotives. I booked my car with Lisa at EFI Automotives and she talked with me at length as we discussed the ongoing problem with it. It was suggested I get a brand new diagnosis done to ensure the problem was identified correctly and I agreed to this. Within an hour of dropping my car off at EFI Automotives I received the fresh diagnosis of the problem (wiring harness damage) and a quote for repair and a further two hours later my car was all fixed and waiting for me. There were no nasty add on costs when paying the bill and I was very happy at the reasonable cost this came to. EFI Automotives sorted the problem out in one day and the feeling of being able to drive my own car again after weeks of being without it is wonderful. OK, yes, now I am gushing, but I really can't explain just how happy this problem being sorted out makes me. Thank you to all the staff at EFI."
