"Rude staff member! I was reluctantly approached for help and when I asked for what I was looking for, the lady rolled her eyes and commented that it was a strange request. When it was time to pay, the lady had calculated incorrectly and tried to charge me more! I explained that it must have been added up incorrectly and she smartly replied, do you want me to add it up again? Which she did and realised it was added up incorrectly, no apology was given. It's a beautiful shop and maybe I caught this lady on a bad day but it's not hard to smile and be kind. If the customer service was better, I would have come back but after this type of service, I'll take my money elsewhere."

"I bought a ballet barre for my daughter recently. Not sure if my one is faulty but it is seriously not sturdy enough. It could be because my daughter is tall. I left a message and they called me back and told me that no one else had complained about it... the thing is I actually am not concerned about the experiences of other users. I think it would suit a smaller dancer by my daughter is 5 foot 7 (12 yes old). I have messaged them twice since and left a Facebook message and no response. I am now looking to buy a second ballet barre as this one is no good.( I imagine it would suit very small ballet dancers). When I first called they should have offered a refund rather than simply stating that other people are happy with it."
