"I wasn't greeted at all despite walking to the back of the store and wandering around aimlessly looking for bike shorts for my partner. Not once was I asked if I needed help. I asked a lady who was unpacking stock with another lady whilst talking and ignoring customers and she said what we have is on this table. I left the store and checked the website wich displayed they were in stock at joondalup so I went back in up to the counter with the style code where a lady who was actually helpful assisted me. She advised me that they had them and took me to where they would be however it seemed they hadn't been unpacked from their stock delivery. I appreciate the efforts of the lady at the counter however that isn't enough to make me want to shop at this store again."
