"Very badly organised and run by the manager. Although there was a queue she allowed people to cut in, didn’t follow the order of names of the queue and called for the same person three times (whilst they were already being seen to). She needs to keep better track of what is going on. Very frustrating."

"You would think the week before school goes back they would have lots of staff on to help with the amount of people requiring fitting and shoes. Only 2 staff and the store was bursting at the seams, customers waiting long times and people pushing in front of people who have actually booked appointments. I even overheard a customer be told she needs to book an appointment to just pay for some shoes. Not really good enough"

"Customer Service has really gone down hill. Previously I've had great experiences but the most recent two visits I've left feeling that my child & I are inconveniencing staff just by being there! This visit, I was offered one pair of shoes in my child's size, they helped put them on & instantly asked if we'd be wearing them home? The next girl suggested just wearing slippers to daycare? Not sure I'll bother again, although I have always been happy with my purchases."
