"This place was terrible, we went on Friday 25/8. They had a quiz night that had the speakers up so loud that it made it difficult to have a conversation with people at your table. After eating we waited 45 minutes before having to ask the staff to clear the table, they did this but left all the glasses, I had to clear them. I would understand a bit earlier in the night as they were busy, but by this stage the quiz night had cleared at least half the bar and a lot of the staff were standing around doing very little. Also going to the bar and asking for a coke and the bar staff replying “I’ve got coke in cans or pepsi on tap, which one would you like” clearly coke, that was made pretty clear in the original order. Whoever was the manager on that night should have their pay negotiated and take a cut, bloody atrocious."

It's cut up pickles deep fried. An interesting eat 6/10 Popcorn chicken: not the best sauce doesn't match the seasoning 3/10 Halloumi: definitely the best i tried. The only thing that could make this better is if the pistachios were crushed and not whole 9/10 Calamari: don't bother only the chilli jam is nice 1/10 Over all I give the food a 5/10 definitely need to try more of the menu"

"Decided to go to Kingsley tavern for Sunday lunch . Food which was the Sunday roast beef with huge Yorkshire pudding was average but tasty.. Price a little higher than other places at $29 which is fairly high for a special. One thing I wasn't impressed with is how dirty the place was The cleanliness in places shows how particular businesses are and this was not demonstrated here including the toilets. I hope thr kitchen is better. Service also was average and in all definitely a let down compared to it a couple of years ago."

"The place had a friendly warm vibe. The decor was impressive and inviting. We ordered 2 of their Sunday Roast and a kids sirloin steak. The beef was a little overcooked but tasted ok after I drowned it in gravy. The yorkshire pudding was light and delicious. The kids steak was quite a good size and the chips were quite tasty. Overall a pleasant lunch."
