"It wasn't very busy when we got there, which was nice. My partner and I got a shared plate with all types of different meats + chips and salad. It was all delicious. The sticky date didn't disappoint either. We had one waitress, and she was awesome! Very friendly, and very helpful. We will definitely be back and would recommend to others."
"I come here reasonably frequently. It has reasonable service, very good food, but is let down by the outdoor area. The picnic tables in the covered area are not very comfortable, and it is quite cold. The heaters are sometimes on, but are ineffective. The restaurant looks quite nice and is very busy, but if you don’t want to go to the sports bar, the options are a bit limited if the weather is cold"

"We visit The Ashby on a regular basis. The food is always phenomenal - something for the whole family and always cooked to perfection. Prices are great and service is top notch! Steak night is a particular favourite with some great additional extras available all for a brilliant price. Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed!!"
