"Rude staff, My Partner and I like to spend time on weekend at Watertown for shopping, we walked into Ally shop as usual and decide to try some dresses in the fitting room, couple of minute past we heard a lady said "this room was taken" and open the curtin while I was changing so we did not thing but change different room and realise it was staff name April. This act is not the first we encounter in this shop, we love your product and style but wanted to be back. I dont never complain againts any shop but I could not stand this behavior of this staff and thank you to rest of the staff thats why we give four stars."

"Arrogant rude uninformed staff Went to return an item I bought online but the tall copper haired sales girl told me I was only entitled to a credit because it was a sale item. I explained that I had similar problems returning items at Ally stores elsewhere and that I had verification this only applied to items marked down 50% or more. As the item was not marked down that much according to Ally's online returns policy I was entitiled to a refund. Relunctantly after request the girl phoned her manager, but did not explain what I had mentioned and confidently pointed out that she was right I was wrong. Another sales girl in the shop told me I was wrong! The girls where so arrogant and confident I was made to feel ashamed and a lying fool infront of other customers who were waiting to be served. When I spoke to online support I requested an apology from the store staff, but didn't get one. The post below complimenting the sales girls must be from a friend, as my experience is similar to others on here in finding the service in this shop to be rude and less than satisfactory."

"Went to do a bit of shopping this morning after being discharged after 3 months in hospital. The 2 girls who were working this morning were 2 of the kindest people I’ve come across. They were so compassionate and patient even though I spent half the morning trying on hundreds of clothes. These two girls are a credit to this store with their friendly attitudes and I just wish more customer service workers were like this. They absolutely made my morning."

"What an awful experience. The tall copper-haired store assistant was very forceful when opening the curtains of all the change rooms and then asked me to move away from the area even though I was waiting for my daughter to show me an outfit. Another customer next to me also said to me ‘“gheez she’s angry. Maybe hungover” Then the manager was helping me with a jacket and copper-hair yelled across the store for her to serve at the counter. She then left me to serve at the counter whilst all copper-hair was doing was tidying up hangers. Store manager was frowning at me when I was explaining my feeling about this salesgirl and my experience at the store and then I found her to be very negative and had my daughters not put so much time into trying on their clothes I would have walked out. Awful end to a long weekend."
