"I’ve come here a few times , the food here is very good along with the customer service from the staff. However since it is one of only two restaurant places left in the “food court” at the Galleria now, it’s literally empty most of the time. So you can see it has impacted this establishment with not much foot traffic now. This is no fault of their own and I am glad they are staying"
"I ordered a chicken and chorizo, and asked if it has dairy as i have an allergy. I was confidently told it did not, and I didn't question it. Until I was eating it and suddenly felt violently nauseous, and had to rush to the bathroom. I asked my girlfriend to double check the ingredients for me, and the sauce was milk based. The food was nice but if you have dietary requirements I would recommend double and triple checking when you order."
"I tried the Fiery Carolina Burrito. The burrito itself was very tasty, and was the spiciest fast food menu item I've ever eaten, which places very high in my books. My only issue with the Burrito, though, was the fact that, the entire time I was eating it, I was thinking "humph... I've never had to drink a Burrito before". There was so much sauce, and runniness in the Burrito. Staff were friendly and helpful. The guy who served me even had a laugh with me when I ordered the Burrito. He wanted to make sure I knew how hot it was going to be and if I could handle it. I did ask for cheese on my fries, which I paid for, and never received though. If it wasn't for the liquid state of the Burrito, and the missed cheese on my order, I would have ranked 5, because it would have been everything you would expect from a place like this. Good food. Good service. Nothing fancy. Just a couple of hiccups, that's all."
