"It's a clean store. Service was fast and super friendly. Chips were great compared to some stores but the chicken was slightly over cooked. Only slightly, there's much worse chicken around than this store that's for sure. As for the atmosphere in a Chicken Treat store there not much to say other than I don't go there for atmosphere when it's $5 quarter chicken and chips lunch time special. It's clean but some music would be nice."
"I am not sure I understand the purpose of an "online order" function and the ability to select a desired collection time if said order and collection time is ignored entirely. If I place an order 40 minutes in advance, well ahead of the advertised "10 minute" collection, I do expect it to be ready when I arrive. I should not have to wait a further 30 minutes in-store for the food to start being prepared. Clearly management needs to take charge here. Utterly disappointed and I wasn't alone. I noticed 3 other customers up and leave. This establishment prioritises uber eats and menulog orders over their own customer orders."
