"Gorgeous location for a cafe with such beautiful greenery and a gorgeous outdoor pool area. The eating and drinking options were a bit limited though, we felt. And no healthy snack option like a simple muesli slice or something was really quite disappointing. Just average"
"Delicious food in serene garden setting. The chicken and mushroom rigatoni is divine. Best chips I've had in years. Ham and cheese grilled sandwich was yummy. Portions were so big that my husband and I had to take away food, including the carrot cake we've yet to eat. Lovely serene shaded garden spot with view of fountains, with the duty iguana. Don't feed the ibis! I suspect they come for the chips. Chef Danny and crew are cheerful and professional. I'd go back just for that rigatoni."
"Very lovely brunch. We were in Brisbane only for the weekend and decided to have brunch in the city and followed the good reviews. Originally, we wanted a breakfast and the restaurant opened too late so we came back the next day and it was worth the wait! The food was delicious, and the service was really professional, friendly and accommodating. I had a toasting with double bried, tomato relish and onion jam and I'm in love with it! It wasn't super filing but soooo good. Every ingredient was great quality and worked so well together. My partner had a BLT sandwich with chips which he also enjoyed the tomato relish. Then we had a citrus tart which the staff brought when we were ready and we enjoyed it a lot. The location is great with the water sound, beautiful big tree providing shade outside and the lovely designs from the art gallery. Great place to stop by before or after visiting the gallery. My only criticism would be the smell from the recycled water? Outside but I understand the concept. Also it is a bit loud near the water. But that didn't take anything out of the great experience for us. Definitely recommend it!"
"The cafe located in the gallery is indeed a visually stunning space, with its well-crafted and finely designed interior. However, I found the menu design to be a bit mundane given its location in the gallery. Despite the beautiful environment, the waiting time was extremely long, including the time spent waiting to place my order. Although there were only one or two people in front of me in the queue, it took more than five minutes to place my order. Furthermore, after I placed my order, I waited for more than fifteen minutes, despite the cafe not being too busy. Nevertheless, I did notice a few adorable water dragons on the ground, which was quite charming. One thing to note, though, is that the coffee I ordered wasn't very hot, and was served somewhat cold. Overall, while the ambiance and location of this cafe are fantastic, the service and coffee could use a bit of improvement."
