"Food was cold and very salty chips, services was below average the staff were swearing amongst them selfs. there was mess everywhere no clean tables, rubbish all over the floors/tables, floors were very sticky bins smell very bad staff were just standing around. Will not be coming back here. And I suggest no one else does either."

"Is this the worst Hungry Jacks, or are they all this disorganised? I have been there several times over the last year, each time hoping that they will improve their service, thinking that what I have experienced has been an aberration. Alas, the last time I went was as bad, if not worse. That was my last visit. Every time I have been there, there has been a minimum of 15 minutes wait - even when first in the queue - (pretty terrible for a "fast food" outlet). The order has often been incorrect, but, of course, by the time I reach home, it is too late to do anything about it. The last visit takes the cake...a very simple order of 5 x boneless chicken pieces with dipping sauce, and a junior whopper. I checked (very quickly) the bag when I finally received it, and there were 2 x items inside. I (stupidly) assumed that the dipping sauce would be in the box with the chicken pieces. More fool me...of course it wasn't. The current advertising blitz for the crunchy chicken pieces should be banned immediately as false and misleading. What I received was dried, manky and decidedly tough pieces of what I sincerely hope was chicken. It could have been anything, really, as there was no flavour to it. The Junior Whopper was a pretty tired old example too."

"Apparently food was collected last night, Manuelog advised our food was delivered, no food received.Contacted the restaurant who’s only response was “ not our problem, contact Menulog “ spoke to Menulog this morning, their solution was to refund our money in seven to ten days, the fact that they took our money in seconds after our order was entered, and they sub contract drivers so can’t help. This to me is theft, not happy."

"I used the drive through last night(19/2/23) at 10pm ish. The staff member was just so lovely with no other customers at that moment or no cars behind me she chatted while I waited for my order. I know you can’t always do that when it’s busy but she made my night. If these are the kinds of people HR at hungry jacks are recruiting then you’ve hit the jackpot. The burgers & “chips” are definitely better at hungry jacks. ❤️"
