"It was noisy, no customer service to speak of except our order was quick. But that was the problem - they were so flat out trying to put meals together you couldn't get anyone to talk to. One cheesy angus burger came partly hanging out of the box with lettuce everywhere. It was difficult and messy to eat our burgers. A knife and fork would have been a good idea. The good thing was the coffee - spot on for me. The chips are always good. The food was tasty."

"I have been to this store on several occasions recently, after not having visited for a couple of years. Each time the staff were bad tempered and unwelcoming. On two separate occasions they could be heard swearing and bad mouthing the job and each other. I have never had a burger that has been put together properly. On one occasion the buns were missing from the burger altogether. Staff were stroppy when I politely showed them and asked for a burger with buns. The burgers I bought have never been built properly, with fillings placed three quarters outside of it, leaving me to pull it apart and rebuild it properly just so it could be eaten. This used to be one of the best stores in Brisbane, hence I visited on multiple occasions just in case staff were having a bad day. However, my experiences were not a one off. The work culture among the staff is appalling, which indicates bad management. I would recommend avoiding this store and purchasing from one of the other nearby restaurants."

"The ticket never printer out. On going to the counter the operator totally informed me. When she finally acknowledged me, she left the bag on the counter without telling me it was mine. When my coffee came she said VERY ABRUPTLY that's your order. When returning to Mt car. I walked out of the store with another lady, who commented her experience was very unpleasent. Coffee, harsh browns and cheese burger where cold. When paying $18 I'd expect to get hot food. The is not the 1st unacceptable service I've had from this McDonald,'s. Staff need to up their customer service"

"One of the worst Maccas I have been. Toilet is so filthy and stinky. Store is dirty that flies fly everywhere. The manager is looked rugged and unhappy. Kitchen staff were good and fast. Crew Trainer on shift run it really well."

"APPALLING STATE OF CLEANLINESS A few of us came here to McDonalds for a meal but found that the place was in an absolute mess and that there were barely any tables cleared and bins were overflowing with rubbish. We were there for over one hour and it was very quiet so there was really no reason why someone wasn’t tasked to clean the restaurant. On top of this, the quality of the food was not great. Chips were small broken pieces and the burger was cold and paddy was rock hard."
