"Tried to order in the restaurant. Staff sees you but don’t bother and they just let you wait. Drive through is a shocker, took about 20 minutes to place your order. Worst staff I’ve ever encountered. McDonalds staff is more efficient."
"10/8/23 8:24pm. Paid and ordered via KFC app but did not show on the board. Had to enquire b4 it was put thru. Wasted 6 minutes waiting. Per photos, paid for 20 mashies, the box only had 12! Paid for 5 chickens. The breast piece (most sought after) was so tiny, smaller than their small tub of gravy. Waiting for resolution on the problems. Been here heaps of times over 5 years, it was mostly pleasant but tonight it didn't go too good."
