"Went here on Wed 12/7/23 and will be the last time! Was ignored for nearly 5 minutes before getting served. (Nearly everyone was treated the same). Rooster roll eas squashed and chips were luke warm. My bag of food was slammed on the counter and just pushed at me. Definately need to look at a new team here!! A girl was standing at the window to the kitchen barking orders to the team in the kitchen. She turns around and says that shes being nice tonight!! The two girls (the one that served me and the one barking orders) were rude and ridiculing most of the customers they were serving. I am surprised they have any customers or any team working there when they are treated like that!! Give this place a miss and go to KFC further down the road."

"There was one worker, she took 15 mins to even serve us at the drive through when there were no customers. My burger was completely cold not even room temperature. Terrible service. Would give it a zero if I could."
"Bought 4 rooster rolls today 21 March 23, was disappointed when we opened them as there was very little chicken in them. At $6 each they were definitely over priced for what was in them, in the past they have been good as we have been going there for years, and i understand they have to make money, but reducing the price and the filling in the rolls is not the answer to get more customers in as they will be disappointed too. End result is we will not be returning and will be choosing KFC instead."
