"25 minute wait for 2 standard meals with no changes made to them... I then open my meal and there is only 12 chips in the packet. I'm thinking with the wait time, were these chips cooked individually, one by one?"

"Would give a zero if I could - took 53 minutes for my meal to make it out of the kitchen - at least 60 people waiting for food 2 young ladies working on their own, chatting, laughing with each other and going extremely slow My family ordered from 2 other places and had finished their food 25 minutes before mine was ready. It’s a truck stop fast food service industry - get your act together or close your store Shocking!!"

"Terrible dinner - I am sure some of you agree, after you have bought KFC, you have thought "why did I do that for?" The idea and aroma of KFC has a growing gap between the reality of what you receive. The last ever KFC I bought was from this outlet and unfortunately, its no different from any other. The quality has dropped, the chicken is hit and miss, you can get a nice piece if you're lucky otherwise its a stale little morsel of questionable taste. That's what I received from here last visit, three dried out pieces, which seemingly came from a bantam, not much of a meal as it was mostly bone. I used to love the fillet burgers, last couple, the fillet was like rubber in texture and taste. Then there's the famous chips, they are nice if you time it well and they actually fill the box up, big air in mine last time, it looked full with a couple of chips stuck in top, but they were dangling within. This hit hard lol. I am checking my privelige and really am only warning people about what they already know - Fast food is a gamble and often a rip-off!"

"Disappointing. Packed my chips and took so long to prepare the rest of my order that the chips went stone cold. Took them back to be replaced and the kid just chucked them back in with the hot chips. When questioned he said you wanted them warmed up. Not great food safety at all. If you will reheat the chips what else will you reheat."
