When I inquired about the status after the 15 minutes had elapsed, the staff seemed uncertain and unable to provide any estimated time for the system's recovery. This lack of information and transparency only added to my growing disappointment. What disappointed me even more was the apparent lack of contingency plans in place when faced with such technical issues. A well-prepared establishment should have alternative methods in case of system failures to ensure a seamless customer experience. However, it was disheartening to see that Grill'd in Indooroopilly had no viable alternatives, leaving both the staff and customers in a state of helplessness. The combination of poor customer service and a flawed system management left me with a negative impression of the restaurant.
