Despite patiently waiting for the promised duration, I was disheartened to discover that there was no progress in getting the system back up and running. When I inquired about the status after the 15 minutes had elapsed, the staff seemed uncertain and unable to provide any estimated time for the system's recovery. This lack of information and transparency only added to my growing disappointment. What disappointed me even more was the apparent lack of contingency plans in place when faced with such technical issues. A well-prepared establishment should have alternative methods in case of system failures to ensure a seamless customer experience. However, it was disheartening to see that Grill'd in Indooroopilly had no viable alternatives, leaving both the staff and customers in a state of helplessness. The combination of poor customer service and a flawed system management left me with a negative impression of the restaurant. Efficient service and clear communication are essential elements of any dining experience, but they were sorely lacking on this occasion. While I cannot speak to the quality of their food due to the system failure preventing me from placing an order, the overall experience was tarnished by the technical difficulties and the restaurant's unpreparedness to handle them. I hope that Grill'd in Indooroopilly takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues with their system and customer service. As a customer, I value smooth and enjoyable dining experiences, but this visit fell significantly short of my expectations.
