At With Grace Therapy, our team consists of experienced and accredited Social Workers who are dedicated to delivering inclusive, person-centred, and evidence-based practice.

We offer a range of social work and counselling services to individuals, couples, and families. Our team is also available for workshops, mentoring, and professional supervision for social workers and professionals within the human services sector. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your organization, we are here to provide a safe space for growth, discovery, and support throughout your journey.

With Grace Therapy is proud to be a registered NDIS provider, offering quality and professional support to participants accessing the National Disability Insurance Scheme. We provide face-to-face sessions at our office in Kedron, as well as mobile services to Brisbane, Moreton Bay, and the Sunshine Coast. Additionally, we offer online services for anyone across Australia.

In addition to our individual and family services, we also provide professional supervision and mentoring to social workers and professionals within the human services sector. Our experienced Social Workers also deliver a range of training and workshops for individuals, workplaces, and communities.
