"Booked a massage with a specific masseuse for today. I drove out 15km specifically for this massage to be told they aren’t working today. Annoyed with the poor attention to detail resulting in a COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME and no regard for phone booking and requests. No issue if they just said so on the phone. Absolute rubbish I will never visit again. You’ve lost a customer. EDIT after owners response: I ASKED FOR HIRO, ASKED IF THEY WERE AVAILABLE AND CONFIRMED 3pm. You are now lying!!! "Great massage therapists, very professional and great their job. The staff chats a lot in the back room and you can always hear them nice and loud, laughing away which can be very distracting. Otherwise great service overall."
"I’m really disappointed from my massage the other day. I have been going here for a year or two now and have never had a bad experience until now. The lady that I had didn’t do any of the areas I asked her to focus on and the massage I received left me in a hurt pain not a good remedial massage pain. I am still so sore and feels like I haven’t had a massage. I am now $77 out of pocket and still sore"
