Hi, I'm Suzanne, an approved and Accredited EMDR Practitioner. I specialize in offering consultations to clients with histories of trauma, PTSD, neglect, anxiety, unresolved grief and loss, and abuse. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) has been central to my work due to its incredible effectiveness in resolving disturbing memories and enhancing mental health.
