"I love this centre. The staff are lovely, and I always feel my children are looked after with love, which is important to me. They are extremely helpful, and the kids love going. Great day care centre. I am always reassured my baby is comforted if she's upset when I leave her."

"I was using this daycare for my daughter at 4 months old and pulled her out at 5.5 months old because of many reasons but my top reason being I found her 5 times asleep in the bouncer/swing chin to chest, as educators you should know that this is a MASSIVE sids risk and one educator told me she was in this position for 15-20 minutes!!! Seriously unacceptable. Also was called multiple times for my daughter being "sick" when she wasn't. There was also zero communication as my partner would tell you all in the morning that she has had a morning bottle which I would find out that you would then feed her another bottle an hour later making her sick. When I picked her up her educator always told me that she was naughty/unhappy and that is so out of character my daughter. I also witnessed the educator just yelling at a crying child rather than actually seeing what was wrong with the child and then proceed to ignore the child and just lay down instead. I also often picked my daughter up from outside on 30+°c days. My daughter never seemed happy, I never seen one photo of her smiling and she is usually the smiliest baby. They also ruined her riff raff toy which is a $70 item which she uses to sleep. To say I was very unhappy is an understatement, I would've brought this up in person but I just knew nothing would change and I was worried about my daughter being treated differently because of it. I have amended my stars as the centre operations manager has been in contact and are going to be putting the staff through more sids training, I hope that things change. I was pleased with the response I got. Thankyou for the help."

"My Daughter Dusty has been attending Sunrise since she was a toddler. She is now in the kindy class with her lovely teacher Miss Amy. Dusty loves Sunrise, Rebecca the centre manager & all of the staff have done everything possible for Dusty to feel cared for & loved. Dusty goes 5 days a week & is so happy when I drop her off & when I collect her. Sunrise is a great centre with professional loving staff who treat Dusty like she is their own. Dusty is going into prep next year, I am confident that they have prepared her for all that she will be doing in prep. Thankyou Sunrise staff you’re all amazing & we’ll be sad when we go ❤️"

"I sent my oldest boy here and the service was great. Well presented, cleaning always on point and the rooms never stunk. I loved it sooo much I sent my second son @6mos (was in nursery room) but was really disappointed with the current service. The lack of cleanliness, grumpy staff members and tiny space for a heap of babies. My baby went one day a week and came back sick, EVERY SINGLE TIME. I had to point out VERY OBVIOUS things that needed to be cleaned and hadn't be attended to for ages (i.e baby bottle warmer had algae built up from the water not being changed or cleaned regularly). And for that reason I removed my son and do not recommend this centre anymore to anyone. Im really disappointed as they had the highest standard in Acacia Ridge for daycare centres."

"My 5 year old girl is attending this child care center from past 3 years and i am so impressed with her progress that after having my second child I decided him to attend this center. The staff is awesome and very caring. I would say “good job “ to staff and SunRise for running this center so well."
