"Disgraceful! Wrong flowers and did nothing to rectify their error in information or ordering on the day of the wedding!!! For my sisters wedding we went to the Rocklea Redlands Fresh Flowers store to choose specific flowers that were difficult to get that time of year for her and her 6 bridesmaids bouquets. The order was placed and $300 deposit taken. The day before the wedding the mother in law dropped the flowers off on site for the florist to construct. The wrong flowers were given to her. When I called to see what the issue was and how it could be solved considering we live 4 hours away and the wedding was tomorrow afternoon I called multiple numbers and left dozens of messages. The following morning someone finally answered the phone- I was told by a rude Russian lady that it was whoever picked the flowers up's fault. I then explained that we had personally gone in to the store to choose these particular Hydrangeas, ordered them and nobody ever said there would be an issue. The only thing the 'boss' could offer when calling back the bride on her wedding day was that she could bring the flowers in (THAT DAY ONLY!) to get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous customer service, and outright dishonestly! I WILL NEVER STEP IN THAT ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!"
