One of our specialty recipes is our authentic ciabatta, made with our sourdough starter. This traditional Italian bread is incredibly delicious on its own, but can also be used to create mouthwatering sandwiches and other cafe or restaurant-inspired creations.

Our traditional Turkish range includes a variety of loaves, sliders, and burgers. Additionally, we offer a catering Turkish range, where our Turkish loaf and sandwich selection can be fully customized to meet your specific needs.

For pizza lovers, we have a wholesome Italian-style pizza base made with our sourdough starter. This perfect base can be used for pizzas or garlic breads of any size. Whether you prefer a 7-inch, 9-inch, or 11-inch pizza, or even a custom size, we can accommodate your preferences. We can also produce square or rectangle pizza bases in any size you desire.

One of our most famous products is our Chunky Sourdough Fruit Loaf, which has been Australia's favorite for 25 years. Filled with whole dates, apricots, prunes, raisins, and a secret blend of mixed spices, this loaf is a true delight. It is available in slicing increments of 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, and even the hearty 1-inch door-stopper size.

In addition to our fruit loaf, we offer a range of other delectable treats.
