"Avoid this repairer like your life depends on it. Quality of workmanship is abysmal. Paint chipped everywhere after respray, some of which had no prep done to correct existing marks before painting, incredibly obvious prep marks galore on areas they did prep, missing trim pieces and trim clips, cabling just left hanging to be destroyed by every day driving, badging installed crookedly and off-centre - and they have absolutely no interest whatsoever in correcting any of it, I can assure you. You'd think having had the car for several months that they would get it right, but no."

"I've had my vehicle repaired twice with Brisbane Collision Centre, and both times my expectations have been exceeded. Fully informed throughout the repair process. Excellent quality repairs done both times. They even picked up on something that was missed during the initial repair, communicated the issue promptly and had everything resolved very quickly. Both times I've picked the car up it has been cleaned and prepared in A+ condition. Being a factory pearl paint, it can be very difficult to match new paint correctly. Never an issue for BCC.
