"I have ordered with them so many times over the years. I have never had an issue, until recently I ordered their $50 sunflowers for mothers day (one for each mother, so $100). I was really disappointed with what was delivered. I sent them an email and Elli who responded was quite abrupt and rude. Never was there a “sorry you are disappointed” or “we are sorry it’s not what you envisioned but..”. She just said that I had made the mistake for not reading the website right and too bad so sad pretty much. It’s not like it was my first time ordering, I was a loyal customer who has supported their business for a long time. A bit better customer service would have been appreciated."
