"Ordered flowers online from interstate for Mother's Day. Website is glitchy (no confirmation screens when I'd added something to my cart and the date selection tool for delivery isn't obvious). Ended up ordering for the wrong day, called the number on their company logo, which is disconnected. Had no option but to lodge an enquiry through the 'contact' page of the website, which again didn't provide a confirmation that it had been sent, and is also an unsecure web page. Eventually saw a mobile number in small print on the bottom of my no-reply email receipt, which went straight to a generic voicemail 3 times. Not filled with confidence... curious to see how the flowers are when they're delivered."
