"They didn’t cure the gel nails properly, so the nail polish lifted and bubbled within hours. I came back and they just painted over it again so now I’ve got 5 coats of uncured polish on my nails. You can make it move by just applying a little pressure so I’m pretty sure it’s going to peel off in the next few days. Not worth $50 and over an hour of my time."

"ProfessioNails!!?? You mean a bunch of UNprofessionals! I wasn't a walk in, I made a booking and asked what's the latest appointment would you take, "2PM as we close at 4 and we need enough time to do the job." I arrived before 2 PM, I was directed to the table at 2:05, waited till 2:20 and I asked isn't there anyone available and was told "just wait 5 to 10 min and we will start on you, someone did finished a customer at 2:30, so I expected it was my turn, but she proceeded to do another set of service to the person sat next to me (the lady didn't ask for extra work randomly) without even notifying me. My point is, they asked me to wait an extra 10 min on top of 20 min waiting and assured me they will start with me then, when they very well knew that they had extra work to do. They should have told this to me from the start, then I wouldn't have wasted my time for nothing. They knew they were running very late, a quick phone call to inform me of that situation wouldn't have been a big task as they had my number. Plus if they were going to start on me much later it would have turn out to be a rushed job as they indicated that themselves when I booked in. I work in customer service and there are protocols in place, these is the main reason ppl make a booking. I must admit there are unforseen circumstances but they made me wait extra time when they knew very well that they couldn't start with me even after 30 min of waiting. Their lack of customer care and consideration is exasperating"

"Rude workers and incredibly overpriced. Would never set foot back in this place. Do yourself a favour and stay far away. Didn’t ask what shape I wanted on nails, cut way too short, missed parts of nails when painting, bossy and unfriendly."

"READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU ATTEND THIS SALON. I really wish I had have!! I had a pedicure and a manicure here. When going to to the foot spa, the lady asked me to sit in a seat someone had just left from. She emptied her water out and began to fill it up again. She then asked me to put my feet in. I had to ask her to please clean the foot spa and refill it as that should be general health practice. I then showed them a picture and asked if they could do it. They said yes. I asked for sns but she said the other one is better and easier for what I wanted to do. They didn't have much range in sns so I thought I would try what she was suggesting. I hadn't had 'the other one' as she called it before so was shocked when I walked out of the salon at how thin and brittle my nails were. They were so thin, paper thin. I had to go to another salon the next day for them to fix it. When I went to another salon she said that a whole VERY important step was missing on my nails... the actual acrylic. There's a picture from Pinterest that I asked for v what I got."
