Paeds in a Pod - North Lakes

"The paediatrician I see is very dismissive to any concerns I have with my son, refusing to further test my child, won’t give me the report (which I’d love to see what’s in it considering he’s spent 10 minutes with my son all up) requested to change drs and I’m expected to pay new patient fee again to be told it’s up to the doctors discretion if they will do further testing. Said paediatrician was advised that asd runs in both sides of the family, I also have 52 behaviour reports and a report of concerns from the school but nope paediatrician is still dismissing it. Considering I pay him to see my son I thought I’d get better treatment. Do not recommend paeds in a pod to anyone"

"While the doctors are amazing every time we go we arr left waiting. Always running late amd have felt at timesour appts are then cut short to make up for the 30 mins plus they are running late. Makes it impossible to plan day around appointment times as we never get in on time. Would be amazing if they gave accurate apptoinents times and did not leave toy waiting so long."

"Not happy! Was told on Tuesday that I’ll be paying 200+ for my son's appointment today. However, it was not the case. I ended by paying double of the amount that was I was told. I questioned it with the receptionist to only be told that the initial appointment is that price. I argued that when I called to confirmed my appointment on Tuesday, I was told to only pay 200+. I called again in the afternoon to raise my issue and was told that there isn’t much that the receptionist could do to help, I felt cheated, If I’ve known that I will be paying such an extensive amount, I would have cancelled my appointment and go elsewhere. Receptionist on the line mentioned that the prices are on your website, but I have checked and none of the amount on it is close to the amount of what I’ve been charged. Very upset. I’ve spoken to the doctors who I worked with and they are disgusted with how you deal with this issue, never sending or recommending our patients to your place in the future."

"Great experience from first call to reception. Have been attending appointments for our children for 9 years now. Paeds, OT, Speech Therapy, Physio we have seen them all. As an experienced nurse and newish Mum I want serious, current, evidenced based advice and treatment. We have had that in spades with Dr Megan Yap. We travel 45 minutes to and from appts. Car parking easy and Westfield close by. Not sure why name not displaying ... Belinda Adams"
