"I found Ben Coleman GP very obnoxious - he made negative comments about aboriginal design on my high vis lothing that I have to wear for work during my appointment. I was paying him for medical advice, not clothing advice. I asked Ben for a prescription of a skin cream that I received from a GP in another area. He didn't know what it was and hadn't heard of it. He then looked on his phone for 20 seconds and refused the prescription on the grounds that a website told him it was "less effective". This came across as ignorant and incompetent. I mentioned a health condition that I have seen a specialist and had a scan for in the past. He dismissed it as "aging" within a minute and refused to investigate it further. I smiled and thanked him when leaving the room (I shouldn't have). He gave a very strange sneer and laughed at me - I don't know why. Ben is a bizarre and unprofessional man - I would never visit this practice again. I was the only patient booked to see him that day - I now know why."

"We were booked in with Dr Celis at 8.20 am, we went there 10 mins before our appointment. The receptionist didn't find our appointment at first, just asked if we are new patient, then gave us a paper form to fill in. However we have already filled in all the details online before coming in for the appointment. Then the receptionist finally found our appointment in the system after we started filling in the form, and realised we have already provided all the information, then she said we should have told her that before. She would have known that if she located our appointment in her system right at the beginning! Then we waited for more than half an hour, without anyone telling us that the doctor is running behind. We went and asked the receptionist how long until the doctor can see us since we have waited for more than 30 minutes after our appointment time. It was then the receptionist told us that the doctor is still with other patients and we are not even her next patient! It was then she offered to change us to see the other doctor, however we will still have to wait as we won't be the next one to be seen. We were there for our baby's routine vaccinations, and it turned out to just be a quick appointment with the doctor, as the nurse would do the measurements first, then the doctor would do for a quick check up - like 5 minutes only, then the nurse would give the vaccination. We couldn't believe how long we had to wait until we could actually see the nurse! And if we didn't ask the receptionist after 30-minute wait, we would still be sitting there and waiting for someone to see us!"

"My wife and I have been seeing Dr Riani for approximately 25 years and have found her to be extremely professional and such a caring doctor as well. At times she has even rang us up to see how we are after treatments! Her knowledge is extensive and she keeps up with the latest medications and procedures, and her staff are extremely helpful as well. She has a nurse there called Patricia and she is also very good."
