Welcome to Capalaba General Practice, located at 5 Larbonya Crescent in Capalaba, Australia. As a family practice, our consulting doctors provide a wide range of services that cater to patients of all ages, from childhood to aged care. We believe in taking a comprehensive approach to your individual health, ensuring that every member of your family receives excellent care.

Our practice operates from Monday to Friday, from 8.00am to 6.00pm, and on Saturdays from 8.00am to 12.00pm. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

At Capalaba General Practice, we are committed to providing comprehensive General Practice care to all our registered patients. We also actively participate in promoting public health issues within our local and wider community. This includes supporting public education programs, medical student education, and medical research initiatives.

Continuity of care is important to us, and we always strive to book you with your usual doctor whenever possible. While we make every effort to see unwell or in pain patients on the same day, please understand that appointment schedule constraints may sometimes make this difficult with the requested doctor. However, we will do our best to provide non-urgent appointments within one or two days, although this may not always be possible with a specific doctor.

Our consulting doctors are highly trained specialists in General Practice. They offer a wide range of services, including Men's Health, Women's Health (including Cervical Screening, Antenatal and Postnatal Care), Children's Health and Childhood Immunizations, Diabetes Care and Education, Mental Health Management, Contraception and Vasectomy Surgery, and many more.

We are proud to have Professor Cliff Rosendahl as part of our team. Professor Rosendahl exclusively practices in the field of skin cancer surveillance and treatment. With his extensive research into early diagnosis of skin malignancies and the use of the latest FotoFinder technology, he can facilitate the early detection and management of melanoma and other skin cancers. Dr. Charles Elliott, a degree-qualified skin cancer practitioner, performs most of the skin cancer surgeries at our practice, allowing Professor Rosendahl to focus on early detection and diagnosis.

All our consulting doctors are vocationally registered and members of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (R.A.C.G.P). They are available now to address all your general health needs. Our doctors are supported by a dedicated team of nurses and receptionists who are committed to providing you with the highest level of care. Our doctors and staff regularly undergo continual education and training to ensure that we provide the best possible care to our patients.
