"Paid and booked for an overnight peel and LED. Even though I mentioned it to the lady about 4 times that I have LED booked too, that was ignored and we only did the peel. For $150 and laying in the chair for 10 minutes, I don't see my monies worth whatsoever. I have been to Springfield Clear Skin Solutions which had great customer service and actually took time to talk about the products the customers were using but at Carindale it seems as though they rush you out the door.. I will be back for my paid LED however won't be returning after."

"Got a consult here 3 YEARS ago. Got a missed call from them today asking if they can book me in for the treatment I inquired about. I can understand following up shortly after the consult, but don’t go cold calling people from years ago. Even if I was interested in getting the treatment, this is entirely unprofessional and not on. Why do you still have my details from years ago if I never received a treatment? Seems like a privacy issue. Blocked."
