"The Doctors and other specialists here are by far the best at what they do. Most of the reception staff are pretty good. Hard to get an appointment so call with as much notice as possible."
"A-OK except for the long waits, lack of communication to do with staff and respect of loyal Patients. Another is short on doctors and other medical professionals, that for some reason don't stay long enough, so a patient, can form a trusted, professional medical relationship, with their desired doctor, they communicate well with, when it's concerning long term illnesses or disabilities. And why have us patients watching the tv, while waiting for to be seen by a doctor etc. Why not get some interaction going between patients and staff, where the TV is not centre of attention, when waiting to see a doctor. Patients and staff could be interacting with one another in a respectful human & cultural respective, as us black fella's have done for many generations and kinda still do, any where we meet. Sorry for my complaints, but I don't think I am the only one, thats aware of how things are going there. I might be the only one speaking up!! Better to be heard, for you to know, then not being heard and you not knowing at all. I don't mind going there am so slowly relating with staff not so much with other patients or the 1 doctor I have chosen to see. It could be better?? God bless Kind regards"
"The doctors are OK its the receptionists 1 of my daughters goes there,my other daughter got out of hospital on Friday she is asthmatic and needs more ventolin. I tried to get her an appointment but all the receptionist was worried about was that she's a new patient so she would need a longer appointment so I was referred elsewhere a 5yr old with asthma isn't important enough to get an appointment coz her being a new patient was gunna take longer than 15 mins, you say your main priority is the people(patients) but that's not true is it atichs thanks for nothing atsichs. Called clinic on Zammit Street, told them about my daughter and they think more of the patients as she got an appointment straight away as they seen the importance of giving her a appointment. Asthmatics are a priority to Zammit Street but obviously not important enough for atsichs. The receptionist who turned me away should lose her job if it was her daughter it'd be different. Some of the receptionists are rude to people turning us away coz we ain't important enough. Thanks for nothing atsichs."
