"This place has been great for me but apparently child safety and my son not so great with getting reports done for him and his ndis and hard to find someone to communicate with about it as im not respected as his parent despite the fact hes coming home soon. Also a health check was done with the foster carer without my parental consent as my son was due to do that with me at atsichs woolloongabba and i had to cancel my health check appointment for him after finding out the sad news that his foster carer did it with him. Respecting parents with parental rights is important, my son is only in care temporarily. Im still his legal guardian."

"Everytime we go there, they are always running at least half hour late, not to mention you can never get a booking when you want, usually have to book a month in advance. Reception also have forgotten to check us in on more than one occasion so we are just left sitting in the waiting room for even longer. Pick up your game mate"

"This place has changed in leaps and bounds from 2018, The PM is absolutely amazing and is efficient at her role, Kateena is always to happy to take on any feedback and follow up with clients. Worth noting also the Gps are also amazing and deserved to be treated with respect, too often I've witnessed uncalled for abuse aimed at staf from disgruntled clients. Everyone is trying their best, so just be Kind."

"Just got off the phone to a receptionist who i must say was deadly rude. i asked if it was possible to be added to my daughter and grandson flu vaccine appointment and she huffed and puffed and said oh my god and other remarks in an irritated tone then said just come down on the day and we'll add you . if it was all to hard or not possible i would of been fine if i couldn't be added but definitely not okay with been spoken too like that."
