"As a full-time student and worker, it's incredibly challenging to find time to visit the doctor. While this practice has generally been good, the costs involved can leave you feeling physically unwell. The thought of being charged for a brief ten-minute appointment that's worth two hours of work is concerning, especially when you might not even be able to make the appointment. It's disappointing that despite the quality of the doctors, the focus appears to lean more towards business than genuine healthcare."

"Have been going to see Dr Claire for 9 years. Phenomenal doctor who really cares for her patients. Can’t fault any other doctors or staff I’ve seen there either. Yes it can be a wait to get in sometimes but good doctors are booked up! Worth the wait :)"

"Absolutely DISGUSTED at my clients treatment by this practice- from both admin/reception staff & medical. I eventually, in my caring role for my client (I'm also a qualified Registered Nurse), tried calling the practice manager to discuss the INEPT & RUDE staff, and she Herself HUNG UP on me!! Also deemed me as 'not authorised'- when paperwork states I am! Staff here are consistently DISORGANISED, NASTY & INCOMPETENT, and create extra stress for my already highly distressed client. They eventually banned her! Complete waste of time. We are now making formal complaints- it's been THAT BAD."

"Dr Malone was unprofessional and dismissive. I had booked an appointment through HotDoc with a different doctor and as a returning client it allowed me to do so. I then got a call 3 weeks later (5days out from my appointment) to cancel my appointment as the doctor could not see me because she does not take on new patients. I waited 3 weeks for this appointment only for it to be cancelled! I was offered appointments which were unsuitable for my availabilities, and as such I lost my appointment. I sent a compliant into the clinic via email and was ignored! While the admin staff are lovely, I would not recommend this clinic as its service and care is a 0/10."

"Regular local GP practice, as expected, nothing special. Wouldn't recommend to anyone interested in natural health, herbal remedies etc. I felt unfairly judged and dismissed when I wanted to discuss natural approaches to menopause and then the last visit I went concerned about ongoing abdominal pain and was sent away with a script for HRT. She didn't ask a single question about my personal or family medical history. I felt diminished and ignored. I sat in the car and cried for an hour and then made an appointment with an integrative medical practitioner. A cookie cutter GP practice, fine if all you're dealing with is an ingrown toe-nail."
